Chocolate Protein Balls

Chocolate Protein Balls

Healthy snacks don’t have to be complicated—or boring. These little chocolate protein balls are one of my favorite things to keep in the fridge for busy afternoons, post-workout fuel, or when you just need something sweet that actually loves you back.

They’re soft, rich, lightly sweetened with maple syrup, and made with simple, nourishing ingredients that help keep blood sugar steady and energy up. I love that they’re easy enough to make in one bowl, but still feel like a treat.

How to make them:
Mix all ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl until well combined. I used a handheld mixer, but a sturdy spoon works too. Once everything is mixed, use your hands to roll the dough into 16 even balls. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy all week.

Ingredients:
• 135g runny natural nut butter (I used a mixed nut & seed butter)
• 60g pure maple syrup
• 5g pure vanilla extract
• 60g coconut flour
• 60g Simplified Nutrition chocolate protein powder
• Pinch of salt
• 40g water
• 30g mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Nutrition (per 1 ball, ~24g):
• 104 calories
• 10.1g carbs
• 5.5g fat
• 4.3g protein
• 2.8g fiber

These are perfect for little hands, big appetites, and everyone in between. Simple ingredients, balanced macros, and just enough chocolate to feel like a hug. 💛

All the best!
