 Simplified Nutrition Refund Policy

At Simplified Nutrition, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand the importance of purity and quality in your supplements, and we strive to meet your health needs effectively. Below are the details of our refund policy:

Returns and Refunds:

  • Unopened Products: We accept returns of unopened products purchased directly from us within 60 days of purchase. Please contact us at info@simplifiednutrition.com to coordinate your return. A refund, minus the direct cost of outbound shipping, will be issued immediately upon receipt of the product by our shipping department.

  • Defective or Damaged Products: We will gladly accept returns of products that are defective due to manufacturing defects, workmanship, or damage incurred during transit for 14 days from the date of purchase. If you receive a product with these issues, please reach out to us immediately to arrange a return.

  • Shipping Errors: Fulfillment mistakes on our part resulting in the shipment of incorrect products will also be accepted for return within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange:

  • Digital Products: There are no refunds or exchanges for digital products, including training programs, memberships, and challenges. You may cancel subscriptions/memberships at any time to prevent future billing, but refunds are not available for already billed periods.

  • Opened or Used Supplements: We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for supplement products that have been opened or used. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and may offer special discounts on future purchases if you desire a different flavor or product.
