Ingredients:
Dry ingredients:
• 2 cups (200g) old-fashioned rolled oats
• 3 scoops (65g) Simplified Nutrition Chocolate Optimized Protein
• 1 Tbsp (5g) cocoa powder
Wet ingredients (combine in a separate bowl):
• 1/8 cup (30g) unsweetened almond milk
• 1/2 cup (120g) pure maple syrup
• 1 tsp (4g) real vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup (125g) creamy peanut butter (Jif Natural works great)
• 1/4 tsp (2g) salt
Directions:
Warm the wet ingredients in the microwave for about 1 minute, then stir until smooth and well combined. Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
