• 25g (1 heaping scoop) Simplified Nutrition Vanilla Optimized Protein
• 2 Tbsp (25g) Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes dry mix
• 3–4 Tbsp water
• 75g fresh or frozen berries
• 15g Reddi Whip whipped cream
• Walden Farms calorie-free syrup, to taste
Directions:
Preheat your waffle iron. In a bowl, mix together the protein powder, waffle mix, and water until smooth.
Lightly spray the waffle iron with non-stick spray and cook according to your waffle maker’s instructions. This recipe makes either 2 mini waffles or 1 full-size waffle.
