They’re meant to be eaten cold and are perfectly creamy, lightly spiced with cinnamon, and packed with protein to keep you full and energized for hours. It’s the kind of breakfast that feels gentle on your body but strong enough to carry you through a busy morning.
Ingredients:
• 40g old-fashioned oats
• 20g Simplified Nutrition Vanilla Optimized Protein
• 6 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 15g sliced roasted almonds
• Small pinch of salt
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a container with a lid. Stir well, seal, and place in the refrigerator overnight. That’s it. In the morning, grab it and go—or enjoy it slowly if you have the time.
